Subject to the limitations below, A&A Auto Recycling, expressly warrants for 90 Days the merchantability of the part as specifically described on the invoice accompanying such part. A&A Auto Recycling, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY.
The following limitations apply to certain parts:
a. Air Conditioning Parts. The warranty on any air conditioning part is limited to a period of ninety (90) days, and only if a new receiver dryer and expansion valve are installed at the same time as the warranted part.
b. Cylinder Heads. The warranty for cylinder heads covers the body only from being warped or cracked. A&A Auto Recycling, disclaims all other warranties for cylinder heads and all warranties for cams, valves, seals, gaskets, rockers and any other attachment. Cylinder heads must be machined and pressure tested before installation or the warranty is voided.
c. Engines. In order to make a warranty claim on an engine, you must provide a record of the date installed, type of vehicle installed in, mileage, and engine number. In addition, failure to do any of the following things voids the warranty:
(i) Install a new timing belt, water pump, and thermostat at the same time the engine is installed.
(ii) Change the oil filter and oil prior to starting the engine, change the oil after the first 600 miles, and change the oil once every 3000 miles thereafter.
(iii) Make sure the heat tab is not melted or missing.
(iv) Flow-check the radiator and repair it if necessary.
(v) All HONDAS must have the oil screen and pickup tube cleared.
(vi) Front and rear crank seals must be replaced.
d. Long Block Assemblies, Transmissions, Axle Assemblies, Anti-Lock Brake Assemblies, and Transfer Cases. The warranty for long block assemblies, transmissions, axle assemblies, anti-lock brake assemblies, and transfer cases does not extend to any attachment that is not separately identified and listed on the invoice. By way of example only, attachments include water pump, carburetors, starters, air conditioning compressors, fuel injection systems, throw out bearings, clutches, clutch forks, slave cylinders, etc. All unlisted attachments are sold AS IS.
e. Transmissions. Transmissions must be drained, flushed, and filled with factory recommended fluids. All external seals must be replaced at the time of installation. Failure to do any of the above voids the warranty.
All Foreign & Domestic Used Auto Parts's warranty covers normal on-road use only. If the vehicle into which a part is installed is used primarily off-road or is ever raced, the warranty is voided. In that case, the only warranty made by All Foreign & Domestic Used Auto Parts is that the part will operate at the time of installation.
The addition of after-market parts or accessories voids the warranties for all parts on the vehicle.
Failures of parts due to improper installation (i.e. not in accordance with O.E.M. specifications), accident, misuse, over-heating, or improper maintenance are not covered by this warranty.
AS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE BREACH OF THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, A&A Auto Recycling, WILL REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE PART WITHOUT ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST TO YOU. A&A Auto Recycling, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OR THE COST OF RELATED PARTS. You must call or write to A&A Auto Recycling, before returning such part in order for A&A Auto Recycling, to pay the return shipping charges. AFD PARTS must be allowed the opportunity to make the sale whole before the part is returned. Cores are due within 30 days of receipt for a core refund.

How Does our Guarantee Work?
It's simple. We sell you one of our quality-recycled parts and then we stand behind it. Here's how it works: Guarantees to the original wholesale purchaser that all parts specifically described on the purchase invoice will be free from failures or defects in materials or workmanship subject to the terms and conditions below.
Base Guarantee: 90 Days: Parts Only.
All body, mechanical and electrical parts, components, and assemblies unless otherwise listed below.
Lifetime Guarantee: $5.00: Alternators, Starters and Power Steering Pumps and other small parts.
Extended Guarantee Options:
Offered on engines, automatic and manual transmissions.
6 Months: Parts Only, 6,000 miles (Whichever Occurs First)
6 Months W/Labor: 6,000 miles (Whichever Occurs First)
12 Months: Parts Only, 12,000 miles (Whichever Occurs First)
12 Months W/ Labor: 12,000 miles (Whichever Occurs First)
Parts and Labor:
Parts found to be defective during the Guarantee period will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at the sole discretion of A&A Auto Center of Orlando. Parts will be replaced with a comparable item such as- a recycled part with a recycled part; or, remanufactured part with remanufactured part. Labor reimbursement will be made for removal and reinstallation or for minor repairs, and will be calculated at $35.00 per hour times the flat labor hours (based on Chilton's labor guide). Diagnostic time is not included. All repairs must be pre-authorized in writing by A&A Auto Center of Orlando (who reserves the right to send a technician to inspect the part failure prior to approval).
General Limitations:
This Guarantee applies only as long as the part is still installed in the vehicle for which it was originally purchased. This Guarantee is non-transferable. Specifically excluded from this Guarantee are items attached to the purchased part but which are not explicitly listed on the invoice. This Guarantee covers normal on-road use only. In the event that the part is installed in a vehicle driven off-road or for marine, racing or competition purposes then this Guarantee is void and the only Guarantee provided is that the part is operational at the time of installation. Any improper use, abuse, overheating, improper fluid levels, neglect, careless handling, improper installation, repairs or modification, or removal by anyone other than the licensed professional repair facility that preformed the original installation shall void this Guarantee. All Guaranteed parts found to be defective must be returned must be returned to A&A Auto Center of Orlando within 10 business days from the date of failure, along with all documentation required by this Guarantee. Any part replaced or repaired under this Guarantee including all subsequent installations shall have the benefit of this Guarantee for the balance of the time and mileage of the original Guarantee period from the original date of the original part only. All claims under this Guarantee require that you provide a record of the date installed, plus the year, make, model, vehicle identification number, mileage, and engine number of the vehicle in which the part was installed. All claims must include- the original invoice; a copy of the original completed installation repair order with evidence of proper installation; and, evidence of all required maintenance. Any claim of failure found to be invalid will result in the part in question being returned to the customer, at customer's expense. If there is a dispute regarding these terms and procedures, the parties of this agreement agree to submit the matter to arbitration in the city of Orlando, FL in accordance with the Commercial Rules of Arbitration Association. The parties agree to be bound by the decision of such arbitrator.
Specific Limitations:
1.Engines and long block assemblies-Included in the engine Guaranteed are the engine block, cylinder head with valves, camshaft, connecting rods and bearings, rocker arms, valve lifters and other internal parts.
Excluded from this Guarantee are attached items such as carburetor, fuel pump, water pump, all electrical parts, hoses, lines, intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel injector pumps, all other injection parts and other external parts. Calibration and adjustment of external parts are also excluded from this Guarantee. All engines have been drained of fluids prior to shipment. In addition failure to perform any of the following procedures voids the Guarantee:
a. Change oil and oil filter prior to starting the engine for the first time. Maintain proper oil/filter change intervals as required by the manufacturer.
b. Installation of a new timing belt, water pump, and thermostat at the same time engine is installed.
c. Verify that heat tab is not melted or missing.
2. Transmissions- Included in this transmission Guarantee are the transmission case and all internal parts including the torque converter. Excluded from this Guarantee are the transmission mounts, shifting linkage, flywheel, and all other external parts. All transmissions have been drained of oil prior to shipment.
In addition, failure to perform any of the following procedures voids the Guarantee:
a. Fill with factory recommended fluids and install a new transmission filter prior to starting the engine for the first time.
b. Transmission cooling system must be properly flushed according to recommended procedures prior to installation.
c. Install all external seals when installing a recycled transmission.
3. Cylinder Heads- Covers the body only from being warped or cracked. Excluded from this Guarantee are attached items such as valves, valve springs, valve guides, lifters, rocker arms and all other external parts. Cylinder heads must be machined and pressure tested prior to installation.
4. Air Conditioning Components- Failure to perform any of the following procedures voids the Guarantee:
a. Install a new receiver dryer, expansion valve and new refrigerant oil at the same time as the Guaranteed part.
b. Vacuum test the system before charged with refrigerant.
5. Electrical Components (including wiring harness)- are sold exchange only.
6. Limit of liability cannot exceed original purchase price.
What is Not Covered:
1. Failure or damage resulting from- improper installation; removal; repair; misuses; negligence; accidents; or, modifications of the part is not covered.
2. Damage to the part caused by related vehicle parts such as- broken or bent flywheel; defective u-joints; or defective mounts.
3. The Guarantee does not apply where the vehicle mileage cannot be determined, has been altered, or where proof of purchase is unavailable.
4. Personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, loss of use, loss of earnings, telephone calls, rental car, transportation, towing, down time, direct or indirect or consequential damage, or delay resulting from part failure.
5. Unauthorized repairs- all repairs under this Guarantee must be approved in writing in advance by A&A Auto Center of Orlando.
6. Any part invoiced to a parts distributor comes with only a 90 day parts-only Guarantee. A&A Auto Center of Orlando reserves the right to change, alter or modify this Guarantee at any time.
